What We Need From You

A casting drawing and weight if available,

and / or

A finished part drawing, (this enables us to double check, that the machining allowances are compatible with our processes, confirm datums, and fully machine if required)

Electronic files such as 3d cad file, 2d dxf files, step files.

Lead times: with patterns 8 weeks plus, without patterns 2 weeks plus (please call for current workloads)

What We Will Then Do

Acknowledge your rfq.

Quote you as requested.

Discuss any aspects about succesfull production.

Follow up as necessary. (We have to know if we have quoted what you want!)

We Can Also

Re-engineer and or support designing with 3D models (we use 3D models and step files as a standard with our in house CNC pattern making, and is included in the cost).
